Tata Motors launched the all-new Harrier and Safari facelifts in India earlier today. The Harrier has a starting price of Rs 15.49 lakh, and the Safari facelift has a price of Rs 16.19 lakh. Following their release, these SUVs have begun to arrive at showrooms across the country. A video of the Safari facelift being delivered in front of a Tata dealership was recently circulated online. This video implies that deliveries will begin soon.

Arrival of New Tata Safari Facelift 2023 at Dealership

MRD Vlogs provided video of the new 2023 Tata Safari facelift arriving at a dealership. The short video, which was released to their YouTube channel, begins with a rear-end shot of the new Safari makeover. This Tata Motors flagship SUV was being unloaded from a trailer that also contained a few additional Safaris for the dealership. The SUV could be seen being rolled out of the trailer. The presenter then inquires of the unloader at the trailer’s gate whether it is the new one. He confirms that this is correct.

Soon after, he showcases the new Tata Safari facelift’s right-side profile. He claims that the new 19-inch alloy wheels look fantastic in person. The presenter then proceeds to the front of the SUV after displaying the profile. He says that the SUV gets a new grille in the front, which is completed in silver in this white form. He added that the golden variant seems a little trashy. He also demonstrates the new connected LED DRLs, the Safari symbol on the doors, and the 360-degree camera on the ORVMs.

Following the look of the 2023 Safari facelift, he adds that the interior seems quite premium. He demonstrates the ventilated front seats, Harman’s new 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system, and the recently introduced touch-based HVAC controls. He also reveals the new four-spoke leather-wrapped steering wheel, which has an illuminated Tata emblem in the centre.

The presenter makes an essential point after presenting a glimpse of the interior. He goes on to say that this is only a short video filmed on the road while the truck was being unloaded. He goes on to say that once the car is available at Tata dealerships, he will release a video including an in-depth look at the recently unveiled Tata Safari makeover.

2023 new Tata Safari Facelift : Engine

Aside from the previously mentioned characteristics, the new Safari facelift will have the sought ADAS features. It will have adaptive cruise control with a stop-and-go function (AT only), autonomous emergency braking, pedestrian and cycle detection, forward collision warning, rear collision warning, rear cross-traffic alert, blind spot detection, traffic sign recognition, door open alert, lane departure warning, lane change alert, and high beam assist.

In terms of powertrain, the 2023 Safari facelift will use the same engine as the current model. The SUV will be driven by the same 2.0 Kryotec diesel turbocharged engine, which can provide 170 horsepower and 350 Nm of torque. Transmission options will also stay same, with a 6-speed manual and a 6-speed automatic. According to the firm, the mileage estimates have been somewhat improved over the previous generation.
