The Tata Nexon facelift 2023 has been spotted several times, and as previously reported, it will go on sale in August of this year. While all previous images have only shown us the exterior design, we now have the first images of the Nexon facelift’s interior. The interior of the updated Nexon, like the exterior, will be heavily influenced by the Curvv concept. In fact, the spy images suggest a major interior overhaul, with a significant increase in equipment levels and quality.

If we look at the Spy photos of the Nexon facelift interior, it shows that the updates will be as extensive as the exterior. The most noticeable feature is a new two-spoke, flat-bottom steering wheel similar to the one seen on the Curvv concept. At either end of the steering wheel are two toggle switches and several touch sensitive haptic buttons. The coolest feature of this steering wheel, at least in concept form, was a seamlessly integrated backlit Tata logo, though whether it makes it to production remains to be seen.

A redesigned centre console with a new touch panel and toggle switches for HVAC control is also partially visible, which is a direct lift from the Curvv concept. Tata’s new 10.25-inch touchscreen will undoubtedly be available, implying that the entire dashboard will be redesigned. This also suggests that the quality and equipment levels may improve, with a new digital instrument cluster seen on the new Harrier and Safari Red Dark editions.

The lower centre console area is also clearly visible, but it has remained largely unchanged. The drive mode selector has not been changed, but the gear lever has been slightly redesigned, and the manual handbrake and wireless charger have been retained. The spy photographs also show a new purple upholstery for the seats.
