Tata Motors vehicles are well-known in the market for their high build quality. Several videos and images have surfaced that demonstrate how well Tata vehicles perform in terms of build quality. The Nano, Tata’s most affordable car, has also proven its durability in the past.

We’ve seen several incidents where the Tata Nano survived a crash with minor damage. Here’s a video from Madhya Pradesh showing a Hyundai i20 colliding with a Tata Nano that appeared out of nowhere on the road.

Prateek Singh posted the video to his YouTube channel, and one of his followers shared photos of the crash on Instagram. The accident occurred recently on the Indore-Ujjain highway, according to the follower, but the exact location is unknown.

According to the video, the Hyundai i20 was travelling at a high speed of around 120 kmph on the highway. A Tata Nano appeared on the road to cross to the other side as the car was moving forward.

The Tata Nano suddenly appeared in front of the i20, and the driver did not have enough time or space to slow down, causing the car to collide with the Tata Nano. The follower’s image depicts the impact on both vehicles. The grille, headlights, bonnet, and radiator of the Hyundai i20 were all damaged. The cabin and pillars, on the other hand, were unharmed. The i20 had collided with the Nano’s C-pillar, damaging the metal panel as well as the wheels

As a result of the damage to the rear metal fender, there is now a gap between the rear door and the panel. Aside from that, the car appears to be in good condition. The Tata Nano has managed to absorb quite a bit of impact for such a small car.

The passengers in both the Hyundai i20 and the Tata Nano were unharmed. If the information in this video is correct, we believe the Tata Nano driver was at fault for crossing the road without looking for oncoming traffic. The Hyundai i20 driver, on the other hand, can be blamed for driving at high speeds.

Except for the front end of the i20, both cars managed to withstand the impact of the accident quite well.
The Tata Nano was one of the Indian automaker’s most ambitious projects. It was introduced to the market as the world’s cheapest four-wheeler in order to make automobiles affordable to Indian families.

However, due to a poor marketing strategy, the Nano did not fare well in the market. It is an excellent choice for city driving. The Nano was discontinued by Tata Motors in 2019, but reports suggest that it may be revived as an electric vehicle in the future. If this occurs, it may become the most affordable electric vehicle on the Indian market.
