Customers interested in the Ignis, Ciaz, and Baleno can take advantage of exchange offers, cash discounts, and corporate benefits.
Maruti Suzuki Baleno Discount offer
Maruti Nexa dealers are offering discounts of up to Rs 35,000 on the Baleno manual variants, but not on the automatic or CNG variants. The Baleno, which debuted in February 2022, is powered by a 90hp, 1.2-litre petrol engine mated to either a 5-speed manual or a 5-speed AMT transmission. It competes with other premium hatchbacks such as the Tata Altroz, Hyundai i20, and Toyota Glanza.
Maruti Suzuki Ignis Discount offer
The Ignis hatchback, the entry-level model in Maruti’s current Nexa lineup, is available with a total discount of Rs 54,000 across its manual variants. This includes cash discounts of approximately Rs 35,000, an exchange offer of approximately Rs 15,000, and a corporate benefit of approximately Rs 4,000. Meanwhile, the automatic variants of the Ignis are available with a total discount of Rs 34,000, which includes a Rs 15,000 cash discount and exchange offer, as well as a Rs 4,000 corporate discount.
The Ignis, which competes with the Maruti Suzuki Swift, the Hyundai Grand i10 Nios facelift, and the Tata Tiago, is powered by a single 83hp, 1.2-litre petrol engine mated to either a 5-speed manual or a 5-speed AMT transmission.
Maruti Suzuki Ciaz Discount offer
The Maruti Suzuki Ciaz, the Nexa’s oldest model, receives a total discount of Rs 28,000 across both manual and automatic variants. Customers can take advantage of exchange offers worth Rs 25,000 as well as corporate discounts worth Rs 3,000.
The Ciaz, which was recently updated with new features and paint colours, is powered by a 105hp, 1.5-litre petrol engine mated to either a 5-speed manual or a 4-speed torque converter automatic transmission. It competes with other midsize sedans such as the recently redesigned Honda City, Skoda Slavia, Volkswagen Virtus, and the upcoming Hyundai Verna.
Future Plan of Maruti Suzuki in India
Maruti unveiled the Fronx coupe SUV and the Jimny 5-door SUV at the Auto Expo 2023 in January. Both have already begun accepting bookings for a nominal fee of Rs 11,000 and Rs 25,000, respectively. The Jimny 5-door is expected to go on sale in May 2023 for around Rs 12 lakh, while the Fronx will be released in April for between Rs 8 lakh and Rs 11 lakh.
