Suzuki Motorcycles, a Japanese two-wheeler manufacturer, has released the revised 2023 iterations of its Gixxer family of motorcycles in India, with a starting price of Rs 1.40 lakh (ex-showroom).

New Colours in Suzuki Gixxer Range 2023
The Suzuki Gixxer and Gixxer 250 series have received new colours, with the Metallic Matte Stellar Blue on the Gixxer 250 naked standing out. The Gixxer SF 250 is also available in matte colours, although the now-defunct Suzuki MotoGP team colours are the most appealing.
Suzuki’s Gixxer motorbike line in India now comprises of four models: Gixxer, Gixxer SF, Gixxer 250, and Gixxer SF 250. The ‘SF’ models are the completely faired variations of the respective Suzuki Gixxer model line. Having saying that, the SF models do command a little premium above their naked counterparts.
Connectivity feature in new 2023 Suzuki Gixxer range
The Suzuki Ride Connect is another significant improvement to the Suzuki Gixxer lineup. Riders can sync their smartphone with a specific app to receive incoming call and SMS alerts, as well as turn-by-turn guidance instructions. This is a comparable technology to the Suzuki V-Strom SX, and the Access 125, Avenis, and Burgman Street EX all feature Bluetooth connectivity.
Mechanically, the Suzuki motorcycle range for 2023 is mechanically identical to its predecessors. As a result, the Suzuki Gixxer and Gixxer SF are still powered by a 155cc single-cylinder engine producing 13.4bhp and 13.8Nm of peak torque. This engine is also paired with a 5-speed transmission.
The 2023 Suzuki Gixxer 250 and Gixxer SF 250, on the other hand, are powered by the same tried-and-true 249cc, oil-cooled, single-cylinder engine. This engine produces a considerably healthy 26.13bhp of peak power and 22.2Nm of peak torque, and it is paired with a 6-speed transmission.
