According to the company, the AutoHold feature will be available beginning February 1, 2023.

New design and Features in Ather 450x and 450
Ather Energy has also released four new colour options for its 450X electric scooter. Along with other upgrades, these scooters have a new seat and the most recent software updates. At the Ather Community Day in Bengaluru, these enhancements were announced as part of AtherStack 5.0. Prices for these scooters now start at 1.37 lakh for the 450 Plus and 1.60 lakh for the 450X (ex-showroom, Delhi).

In terms of design, the Ather 450X receives only new colours, with the rest of the model remaining unchanged. Aside from White and Space Grey, the manufacturer has introduced True Red, Cosmic Black, Slat Green, and Lunar Grey colour options for the Ather 450X, bringing the total number of available colour options to six.
Ather Engery has also made changes to the AtherStack. This includes the electric scooter’s software, firmware, system intelligence, and algorithms. AtherStack 5.0 upgrades the scooter with increased torque output without reducing range, improved range predictions, and intelligent auto cut-off when plugged into a charger to extend battery life.
The most recent software update also includes a new user interface with a redesigned home screen that allows users to connect their devices via Bluetooth and begin navigation before starting the motor. The most recent on-screen animation displays power usage and consumption in various modes, and quick controls allow you to adjust brightness and turn off incoming call notifications. A new quick view section has been added to display data such as TPMS.
Battery and Driving range of Ather 450x
The 450X Gen 3 is powered by a 6.2kW motor and a 3.7kWh lithium-ion battery from Ather. The latter is a larger unit than before and contributes to the 450X Gen 3’s claimed 105km range in Eco mode. Meanwhile, the 450 Plus Gen 3 can travel 85 kilometres in Eco mode.
