Auto Expo 2023: Hyundai Ioniq 5 debuted at the 2023 Auto Expo. At its debut, the Hyundai Ioniq 5 is available for Rs 44.95 lakh (ex-showroom for the first 500 customers).

The Ioniq 5 electric SUV from Hyundai, a South Korean automaker, was unveiled today at the Greater Noida Auto Expo 2023. The battery pack for the Hyundai Ioniq 5 is available with a 72.6 kWh capacity and an ARAI-certified range of 621 kilometres.

According to ARAI testing, the Hyundai Ioniq 5’s massive 72.6kW battery pack provides a range of 621 kilometres. The Ioniq 5’s battery pack is located between the two axles and is built on Hyundai’s 800V eGMP platform. The Hyundai Ioniq 5 can recharge at up to 350kW per minute and offers quick fast charging. The Ioniq 5’s battery can recharge from 10 to 80% in about 18 minutes when it is linked to a DC charger that can operate at those speeds.

If we talk about the battery performance , The Hyundai Ioniq 5 for India’s battery pack powers a single electric motor that is attached to the rear axle and generates a maximum power of 214.5 horsepower and Max torque of 350 Nm. The Hyundai Ioniq 5 has a top speed of 185 km/h and can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in under 7.4 seconds.
